Free Flight Talent Management was established in 2020. The owner, Jennifer Buchanan, had previously worked in various areas of the entertainment industry, including acting, writing, directing, producing, and casting. She felt a strong desire to become a talent manager, and to do it right. She believes a client/manager relationship should be a close one. A manager should be there for their clients day and night. She also believes that a manager should not have an excessive number of clients, otherwise that close relationship fades and clients get lost in the shuffle. All of the clients on the Free Flight roster have steadily been progressing in their careers. Free Flight clients have booked several commercials, independent films, Lifetime movies, animated projects, TV shows, and more. Jennifer believes that an actor must love performing, and not be in this business to become famous. An actor's career is a long journey, and the right guidance is needed to achieve success.
